Tim founded Vader National Electric in 2017. His ability to build enduring relationships in unison with his strength in leadership have allowed Vader to flourish. His vision for quick, yet sustainable growth by ‘Building Great Leaders’ is what quickly turned Vader into an industry leader.

Tim received his MBA at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at MSOE. Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Christin Araullo

Vice President Preconstruction

Christin joined Vader in 2018. Since then, she’s been pivotal in Vader’s Growth.

Christin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction process—she fosters relationships by instilling in her team that accuracy and honesty in our budgets and bids is paramount to our clients’ success. Christin and her team also support Vader’s Project Management team and take lead on Design-Build & Design-Assist delivery methods.

Christin received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She’s a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, including Illinois and Ohio. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Phil Schwarz

Vice President Operations

Phil brings a decade of experience developing teams and creating operational excellence at some of the largest general contractors in the Chicagoland area.

Phil is responsible for the development and training of our staff, ensuring Vader’s high standards and values are instilled throughout the company. He also leads the innovation of technology, company processes, and QA/QC—his focus ensures our clients are ecstatic throughout their projects’ lifecycle.

Phil received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and fine woodworking.

Tim focuses on field team leadership, whether that’s training a new apprentice or coaching a General Foreman.

Tim has led field teams on multiple large-scale construction projects. He brings decades of experience in electrical contracting and field supervision.

Tim is a certified Electrical Journeyman who received training through IBEW Local 134’s Apprenticeship program. He enjoys outdoor activities, going to sporting events, and fine cuisine.
