Vader National Electric completed the electrical construction on multiple Wrigley Field projects, including Phases 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the 1060 Project, the Wrigley Field Press Box Renovation project, and the Mini-Triangle Sportsbook, Bar & Restaurant Project.
The 1060 Project was the largest and most complex portion of the Wrigley Field renovations. The electrical scope included large-scale renovations and replacements of electrical infrastructure, equipment, and lighting throughout the ballpark.
The phased projects were completed during the offseason, resulting in compressed schedules—all phases of construction were successfully completed in record time, in only 20–26 weeks per phase. Prefabrication and meticulous planning during preconstruction were pivotal in the success of the projects.
