It starts with a principle—that knowledge must be shared.  While other organizations may promote a culture of harnessing knowledge to drive individual success, Vader believes in passing it down and growing through shared experiences.  By transferring generations of knowledge to our team, whether at the onset of their careers or with industry experience, they’re able to succeed on projects of any scale and complexity early in the onboarding process. 

The transfer of knowledge starts with a principle and comes alive through our “Teach and Learn” program.  Vader’s comprehensive training and mentorship program is led by our most experienced staff and accompanied by real-world experiences. 

From there our “Teach and Learn” program is all-encompassing—our team is encouraged to teach and learn from each other, continuing the transfer of knowledge.  And in lieu of standing firm on longstanding strategies and processes, we encourage our team to question the status-quo and innovate.
